CCMP is high bidder for bankrupt Eddie Bauer
Clothing retailer Eddie Bauer filed for bankruptcy Wednesday and agreed to be acquired by CCMP Capital Advisors for $202m. CCMP becomes the high bidder for the company but could still be outbid.
